Your privacy matters.

Language preference

This site saves your English or Haitian Creole language preference in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time using the language selector.

Event registrations

When you sign up for an event, your display name and email are saved in the church website’s shared database. Your email is private and is never shown in the attendee list. Your name appears to other visitors only if you explicitly check the public-name option. Other registrations appear only as an anonymous count. Names are self-reported, not verified identities, and no confirmation email is sent. Use your own name or a parent or guardian’s name when registering for a child.

A private cancellation token is saved in this browser after a successful sign-up; only its hash is stored on the server. Keep your private confirmation safe. It allows you to cancel your own registration, while other visitors cannot remove your entry by name or email. Cancellation deletes your registration, including its stored contact email. Clearing browser storage or using another device may require your saved private confirmation to cancel. Contact the church if you need assistance. Request-rate counters are kept temporarily by the server to reduce abuse.

Contact messages

Until an official email address or secure form endpoint is configured, the contact form prepares a downloadable draft only. It does not send or store your message. If a church email address is added, the form opens your own email app; you must send the message yourself. If a secure endpoint is configured, the submitted name, email, topic and message are sent to that provider. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Video and map services

Google Maps and embedded Facebook, YouTube or Vimeo players are third-party services that may process device information or use cookies under their own policies. Video players load only when you open a recording. External links take you to the relevant provider.

Giving

This site never collects card numbers or banking credentials. When configured, giving links send you to a verified external provider with its own privacy and payment terms. No gift or recurring subscription is created by selecting an amount on this site.

Website photography

The church and community photographs were supplied for this website by the site owner. They replace the original demonstration images. Church leadership should confirm permission to publish these photographs, including photographs of children, before public launch. No names or leadership roles are inferred from the photographs.

This draft notice should be reviewed and updated by church leadership before public launch. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.
